First to Fight 1:72 TKD Polish self-propelled gun is a plastic kit of a little known prewar Polish tracked vehicle.
Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from First to Fight capturing the Polish TKD self-propelled gun. This line of models is conceived for easy building, and a themed booklet about the real subject tends to come with the package. It is a smaller format that suits a collection and a diorama from the start of the Second World War alike.
The TKD was a Polish experimental self-propelled gun of the first half of the 1930s, based on the chassis of the TK series light tankette. A gun was mounted in the open superstructure, with which the vehicle strengthened the fire support accompanying infantry and armored units. Only a small number were built and it stayed rather at the trials stage, which makes it all the more interesting to collectors of prewar Polish equipment.
Clean the flash off the parts and dry-fit them. Use thin modeling cement on the plastic. Apply a filler primer before painting; prewar Polish vehicles carried a typical multicolor camouflage pattern. Washes into the recesses and fine pigment dust on the running gear support the weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
