German crosses vol.I 1:16 (MH Models)

A set of self-adhesive paint masks from the Czech manufacturer MH Models intended for spraying German national crosses, the Balkenkreuze, onto models in 1:16 scale. The masks are precisely cut from a thin adhesive film and make it possible to achieve sharp edges and clean transitions without hand brushwork or decals. The vol.I designation refers to the first part of the line, and the set contains stencils in a configuration suited to large models of vehicles and equipment.

Use

• Peel the mask off the carrier film and transfer it onto a degreased, already painted and dry surface.
• Press the mask down carefully, especially around the edges of the cut shapes, so that paint does not creep underneath.
• Apply the paint with an airbrush or a brush in several thin coats.
• Once the paint has become tacky, take the mask off carefully, ideally while the coat is still fresh.
