A resin figure of a German soldier of 1944 in the pose of an observer in the striking large 1:16 scale from the Freedom Model Kits brand. The large format puts the emphasis on faithful work on the face, the hands and the details of the uniform and is intended for advanced modelers and painters of figures.
The figure captures a German soldier of the end of the Second World War in an observation pose, watching his surroundings. The large 1:16 scale allows the expression of the face and the small elements of the equipment, which are lost in smaller scales, to stand out.
First wash the resin parts free of the remains of the mold release agent, cut the casting blocks away and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); do the sanding with protection of the airways. The face is worth painting in layers, with acrylic or oil, with gradual shading and lightening. The uniform is brought to life by bringing the folds out and by discreet weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
