Omask Stripes 1.6 mm (135 x 90 mm) yellow masking tape is a sheet of pre-cut masking strips 1.6 mm wide, in the form made of yellow masking tape. A strip only has to be lifted off the sheet and stuck onto the model, so cutting straight strips from a roll is no longer needed.

A universal masking sheet from the brand Omask with pre-cut straight strips 1.6 mm wide. The material is yellow masking tape. It is not a set cut to the outline of a particular kit but a stock of strips from which you take exactly as many as you need at the time. A width of 1.6 mm already creates a clearly noticeable stripe, so it suits larger models and areas where a thin line is lost. The range offers the same sheets in widths from 0.6 to 2.0 mm, so you can put a set together according to the scales you build in. Check how many strips are on the sheet and how long they are on the packaging.
Lay a strip on a perfectly dry, smooth coat of paint; fresh paint should not be masked, because it tears when the tape is lifted off. Once it is stuck down, press the edge firmly with a wooden toothpick, for instance, so that paint does not seep under it. Spray in thin coats and rather in several passes, as a heavy coat creates a noticeable step at the edge. Lift the tape off shortly after the paint has set, slowly and at a sharp angle in a direction away from the masked edge. On curved areas it is better to lay the strip in shorter runs than to force it into a curve.
The package contains masking material only. Paints, varnish, a model and tools are not part of it. On a delicate coat, test the adhesion on a hidden area first.
