Responsibility details are not available.
A large resin figure of a German infantryman 120 mm tall, which corresponds to a scale of roughly 1:16, from ROP o.s. It is a cast figure for experienced modelers, meant for display on its own in a display case. The large format allows rich detail on the face, the hands and the equipment and puts the emphasis on good painting.
The figure treats a German infantryman of the Wehrmacht from the Second World War period. The name white sleeves points to the rolled-up or light-colored shirt sleeves of an attacking soldier. The figure builds on a factual, realistic rendering of the soldier and his equipment, without any idealization.
First wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the surfaces (protect your breathing while sanding resin). Glue the parts with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting. The large scale comes into its own when painting the face and the hands with smooth transitions and when working up the texture of the cloth; shade and highlight the shirt and the uniform and paint the equipment only at the end.
The figure is supplied as a resin kit, unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
