Resin for 3D printers in a gray shade, a 1000 ml package. The designation ABS-like refers to properties close to ABS plastic.
Responsibility details are not available.
Resin is the input material for 3D printers that cure a liquid photopolymer layer by layer with light. In modeling, small parts with sharp drawing, replacement components and whole accessories a kit does not cover are made this way. The 1000 ml package will last for a longer series of prints, so it also suits anyone who prints regularly.
The shade is gray, which comes in handy when checking a finished print: a matte gray surface shows small defects of shape better than a translucent or very dark material, and a thin coat of base paint holds on it well. The ABS-like attribute refers to properties close to ABS plastic, that is, to a tougher part that does not suffer so much from chipping during cleaning and the removal of print supports. The appropriate printer settings, the recommended exposure times and the ambient temperature are given by the manufacturer on the box and in the data sheet.
Work with uncured resin in protective gloves and in a ventilated area, and avoid contact with the skin. Mix the bottle before pouring it into the vat. Wash the finished print and then post-cure it with light; only then is the surface non-tacky and can be sanded and painted. Let residues of resin cure and dispose of them only once cured, and do not pour them into the drain. Store the bottle closed and out of direct light.
A printer, cleaning agents and a curing unit are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
