A replacement set of road wheels for a model of the Hungarian Csaba armored car in 1:35 scale, in the form with Cordatic tires.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Csaba was a Hungarian light wheeled armored car used in the Second World War. It was a four-wheeled car with an armored hull, intended mainly for reconnaissance and liaison. On a vehicle as small as this the wheels are a large part of the silhouette, so on a finished model their form is one of the first details the eye notices. Replacement wheels therefore belong among the accessories that show up most in the result for relatively little work.
Replacement road wheels for a model in 1:35 scale, in the form with tires designated Cordatic. The wheels replace the parts from the kit and carry their own tread pattern and disc shape. The exact number of parts and the way they are fitted are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Choose the glue according to the material of the parts; on resin and metal cyanoacrylate holds. Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remainder, so that the mating surface stays flat. Wash and degrease the wheels before painting. Paint the wheels separately and fit them only once the running gear is finished, or you will not get at all the surfaces. For the tire choose a dark gray shade rather than pure black, which in scale looks flat and swallows the tread; then bring the pattern out with a light dry brush.
The set suits modelers who are bothered by the simplified shape of the wheels in a kit or who want a particular type of tire on their model. The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
