This is a supplementary wheel set, not a model of a car in its own right. The name gives a combination of resin rims and decals, so besides the shape of the rim the item also deals with the small lettering and markings. It fits into the build of a road hypercar in 1:24 scale and belongs among the modifications that move a build on without an intervention into the body.
On a modern hypercar a wheel is one of the most conspicuous elements of the whole car. The Chiron has hefty rims with a deep dish and a pronounced transition between the spokes and the rim, and it is exactly this transition that tends to be soft on mass-molded parts. A casting with sharper edges on the spokes changes the look of a finished model more than most other modifications.
First wash the casting in lukewarm soapy water, so that remains of mold release agent from the mold disappear. Cut the casting blocks off with a sharp knife and level the surface with a fine sanding sponge. Metallic shades need a smooth base, so it pays to apply a filler primer and only then the paint. Decals belong on a glossy surface and settle more easily with decal softener. Let the finished wheel cure thoroughly before fitting it to the axle, so that fingerprints are not pressed into the surface.
