It is not a kit but an accessory that raises the level of realism. With them you can route the fuel, oil and cooling lines from modeling tubing or wire convincingly.

Tips for working it

Separate the tiny parts from the print supports under a magnifier, clean them up and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). A primer and metallic paints suit a metal look. Given the size, work with tweezers and over a tray so that the parts do not get lost.
