Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, photo-etch and resin 1:24 from Hobby Design will give a model of the supercar a plastic quality that a molding alone will not offer. The parts are shaped for the Aoshima kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
A combined set from Hobby Design that according to the name joins photo-etched and resin parts for a plastic model of the Aventador in 1:24 scale. The package is not a model of an automobile; it is an extension with which a build gains depth and a plastic quality that injection-molded plastic cannot imitate by itself. The parts are shaped for the Aoshima kit, which has to be acquired separately.
The Aventador bears the name of a famous fighting bull and was presented to the public for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show in 2011. Besides the twelve-cylinder it caught attention with the robotized seven-speed ISR transmission and push-rod suspension, that is, with technology derived from racing single-seaters. It was made at the headquarters of the automaker not far from Bologna and lasted a whole decade on the scene.
First wash the resin parts in warm water with detergent, so that no mold release agent from manufacture stays on them, and sand the traces of the casting blocks down; protect your airways when sanding resin. Join the photo-etch and the resin with super glue, as ordinary modeling glue for polystyrene will not join these materials. Paint the smaller parts while still on the fret and fit them finished. Guide the tweezers by the edge of a part, never by a surface in view, so that no marks are left on it.
