The Silk Blaze TRH200V Hiace Ver.III in 1:24 scale is a plastic kit of the Toyota Hiace of the 200 series, model year 2010, in the tuning styling of the Japanese brand Silk Blaze.

An injection-molded plastic kit of the Toyota Hiace utility vehicle with the type designation TRH200V, the version for the 2010 model year, in the styling of the Japanese maker of body accessories Silk Blaze. The kit came out in Aoshima's The Tuned Car range. According to the manufacturer it contains a front spoiler in version III, side skirt parts, a rear bumper in version III, a rear wing, a modified grille, a sports exhaust and large wheels. Also enclosed are masking stickers for the window surrounds, rubber tires, clear parts for the glass and the lights, chrome-plated parts and a sheet of decals.
The Toyota Hiace of the 200-series generation has been built since 2004 and is among the most widespread vans in the world. The type designation TRH200V belongs to the short version with a gasoline four-cylinder. In Japan the Hiace became an unexpected phenomenon of the tuning scene: converted vans with a low chassis, large wheels and a complete aerodynamic kit run at meetings as well as on the streets, and Silk Blaze is one of the best-known brands that make parts for them. The designation Ver.III refers to a particular generation of this body kit.
The large flat surface of the sides of a van is demanding to paint, because it shows every unevenness. Honest sanding, filler primer and spraying in thin coats, ideally with an airbrush, therefore pay off. Fit the aerodynamic parts dry first and fine-tune the gaps with putty, and only then glue them. The window surrounds are well handled with the enclosed masking stickers. Leave the chrome-plated parts until the end and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue or with cement for clear plastic, so that they do not fog.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
