Color 3D decals SPACE for the Spitfire Mk.IXc in 1:24 scale

SPACE is a range of accessories from the Czech maker Eduard built around color 3D decals. It is not a kit, nor a photo-etched set in the classic sense. The decals have both a raised structure and the color printed on them, so they are applied like a decal but once dry they look like a painted relief part. This set is intended for a model of the Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IXc fighter in 1:24 scale.

What it is for

Application tips

• Varnish the base smooth and let it cure completely, as raised decals will not settle on a rough surface.
• Moisten only the backing paper with a sponge and a drop of detergent and lift the part off with tweezers.
• Do not use a softener, as the manufacturer prohibits it on the SPACE range; fix the part with white PVA glue.
• Once dry, leave the part alone for a few hours and only then assemble it into the model.
