The 1.2 mm trumpet-shaped hex fitting (Top Studio) is a set of fine end fittings for connecting heavier hydraulic and fuel tubing on detailed car and motorcycle models.

A pack of miniature end fittings with a hexagonal head and a flared trumpet mouth, which on a model simulate the real connection of pressure hoses. It is not a kit but a detail accessory from the Japanese brand Top Studio for Formula 1 and road motorcycle models in the larger scales.
The fittings are slipped onto the ends of flexible tubing (fuel, brakes, cooling and hydraulic circuits) and replace the simplified parts of the kit with a faithful miniature of the real fitting. The inside diameter of 1.2 mm is suited to heavier lines.
Separate the parts carefully, clean them up and slip them onto tubing of the matching diameter. They are bonded with a small drop of super glue. We recommend painting them according to the material of the real subject and bringing them out with a wash.
This is an accessory, not a standalone model. Tubing, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
