It is not an aircraft kit but an accessory that replaces the plastic part from the base kit with a more faithful part with the correct blade shape and sharp edges.
A resin propeller has a finer blade profile and cleaner leading edges than injection-molded parts tend to have. Gluing halves together and cleaning up the parting line both fall away, so the result looks more realistic. The part is intended as a direct replacement for the original propeller.
First wash the part in lukewarm water with detergent to remove the mold release agent residue from the mold. Cut the casting block off with a saw or a cutter and sand the surface, ideally with respiratory protection. Bond with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting; the blades are usually sprayed with an airbrush.
