A resin 1:35 accessory set from PANZER ART. It holds the road wheels for the M4 Sherman tank in the HVSS suspension version. This is not a model of the tank but a set of replacement wheels that sharpen up the running gear.
Late Shermans were given HVSS suspension with horizontal coil springs, wider tracks and a pair of road wheels on every bogie. The different shape of those wheels is essential to getting the late version right. The cast resin version offers sharper detail and a consistent shape with no mold seam, unlike the usual injection-molded parts.
Wash the mold release agent off the wheels, cut off the casting blocks and lightly sand the mating surfaces, with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Match them to the corresponding HVSS idler wheel; paint the rubber tires and the rims separately and bring them out with a dry brush and pigments.
A resin accessory set. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the model itself are not included in the package.
