A masking set for the broken blue-gray aggressor camouflage of the F-16C in the large 1:32 scale contains two sheets of machine-cut shapes for spraying the whole pattern onto the surface of a large airframe.
Responsibility details are not available.
Two sheets of pre-cut shapes run the pattern over the surface of a large airframe, where every imprecision is visible from a distance. In 1:32 the broken fields also grow so much that trimming tape by hand stops being a question of patience and becomes a question of the precision of a ruler and a protractor.
The coloring comes from a unit whose mission is to play the role of the adversary in training. Its Fighting Falcons wear several different schemes at once, so that a pilot in training never knows what he will see against him; the blue-gray broken variant is among the youngest of them and was derived from the artwork on modern Russian machines. The coloring differs from example to example, so photographs of a particular machine are the best guide.
On a large airframe it works well to proceed in sections - mask the fuselage, spray, remove, and only then move on to the wings. That lowers the risk of the tape drying on after lying for a long time. Always go over an edge with a finger or a blunt stick before spraying and direct the paint from the edge into the field, never across the edge.
You will not find paints or the model itself in the package.
