Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the bomber version of the famous Mosquito in 1:32 scale from HK Models. It is a large model with the fuselage split into a front and a rear part, a one-piece wing, a detailed cockpit, well worked out engines and a photo-etched fret. The box allows a standard bomb load as well as a large cookie-type load. Decals and clear parts are included. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The De Havilland Mosquito was a British twin-engine aircraft of mainly wooden construction, nicknamed the Wooden Wonder. Its high speed and versatility allowed it to be used in the role of bomber, night fighter, reconnaissance and attack machine. The Mk.IV bomber version was one of the first production variants and could carry even heavy loads.
This is an extensive build - finish the cockpit and the engines before closing the fuselage and the nacelles. Use liquid cement on the plastic and glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. A primer and an airbrush are recommended; the large wing surfaces call for careful masking. Experience with photo-etched parts is an advantage.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
