A set of spray masks for the Focke-Wulf FW190 A-6 in 1:32 scale from 1 Man Army for applying the national insignia, codes and lettering precisely with an airbrush, directly in paint and without decals.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely cut self-adhesive masks intended for spraying the national insignia and the technical stencils of the German Focke-Wulf Fw 190 A-6 fighter in the large 1:32 scale. You lay the masks on the model, spray the appropriate color with an airbrush and, once they are off, you have sharply defined insignia directly in the color of the surface. The set is conceived as a full replacement for decals and, besides the main markings, it holds a number of small service stencils and instructions for their placement.
The Fw 190 A-6 was one of the production versions of the famous fighter from the design office of Kurt Tank, committed by the Luftwaffe from 1943. Against the earlier variants it carried heavier gun armament in the wings and became the backbone of the day fighter force on both the Eastern Front and the Western Front.
Apply the masks to perfectly dry, smooth paintwork. Spray multicolor insignia layer by layer, from the lighter color to the darker one. A sprayed finish has a sharper edge than a decal, it does not lift at the edges and it is easy to weather or to chip. We recommend easing the airbrushed paint off the edges of the mask before you peel it away, so that the paintwork does not come off with it.
This is a separate set of masks. The model, paints and an airbrush are not included in the package.
