Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the BRASSIN range is a resin detail accessory, not a standalone model. It offers a precisely cast fuselage mount with two 13 mm MG 131 aircraft machine guns, including the ammunition boxes and the cover panel. It is usually complemented by photo-etched parts for the finest details. It makes it possible to show the armament ahead of the crew compartment uncovered on a 1:32 Fw 190F-8 model.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190F-8 was the ground-attack version of the German Second World War fighter. The 13 mm MG 131 machine gun was part of its fuselage armament and sat in the upper fuselage ahead of the cockpit.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts and separate them from the casting blocks. Bond both resin and photo-etched parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate). For the best effect, paint the metal areas with a dark steel color and pick out the details lightly; it is best to complete the assembly before the fuselage is closed.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
