German 7.92 mm machine gun belts of the First World War in 1:32 are colored 3D decals of ammunition on a carrier decal paper, usable on aircraft models in general.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set brings colored, three-dimensionally raised 3D decals of ammunition belts for German 7.92 mm aircraft armament of the First World War period in 1:32 scale. These are not a photo-etched set or cast resin: they are elements printed on a carrier decal paper from which they slide off in water. The individual rounds have realistic relief and coloring, so once applied they look like real belts of ammunition.
It adds ammunition to machine guns and their surroundings: magazine boxes, the cockpit or the armament of fighters. The set is universal and suits various models of period aircraft armed with guns of this caliber, where it brings otherwise empty or flatly painted places to life.
Go over the surface under the decal with gloss varnish (Future, Klear or Tamiya X-22) and let it dry. Cut the element out, soak it in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and slide it off the paper into place. It has no adhesive layer of its own and holds on gloss varnish; on uneven shapes a drop of cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) helps. Do not use decal softener or setting solution, as they would damage the printed resin.
This is an accessory for detailing, not a stand-alone model. Paints, glue and the base kit are not included in the package.
