A detail accessory in turned metal, not an aircraft model. The set replaces the plastic Hispano Mk.II 20 mm cannon in the wings of the Hawker Hurricane Mk.IIC. It is the form with round recoil springs; the turned metal barrels and the fine springs give the armament a crispness and depth that injection-molded plastic cannot match. The inner and outer barrel fairings have different dimensions, which is marked in the enclosed instructions. It is made by the Polish manufacturer Master.
Apply primer to the metal and only then the paint. Bring out the barrels with a dark wash and gentle drybrushing on the edges; leave the muzzles a dark metal. Fit the parts at the very end of the build.
For modelers building the Hurricane Mk.IIC in 1:32 scale who want realistic cannon instead of plastic. It assumes experience with small metal parts and the fine assembly of springs.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
