HGW 1:32 Henschel Hs 123 fabric seat belts

This is not a kit but a detail set for refining the cockpit. The box by HGW contains belts laser-cut from a fine microfiber fabric and photo-etched metal buckles to go with them. The combination of fabric and etch gives a far more realistic result than plastic or purely photo-etched belts, because the fabric can be creased and shaped naturally.

Use

• Take the pre-cut fabric parts off the sheet and remove the backing paper.
• Work the belts between your fingers so that they take on a natural shape and folds.
• Thread them through the photo-etched buckles and secure the joints with super glue.
• Seat the finished belts in the pilot's seat, where they round out the detail of the open cockpit.
