Linen lacing 3D decal (1:32) from Quinta Studio faithfully imitates the stitching and lacing of fabric covering typical of First World War aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
A universal set of 3D decals showing the lacing and stitching of fabric covering in 1:32 scale. The parts are not self-adhesive; they are released from the backing paper. The raised detail imitates the stitches and cords with which the fabric covering was fastened to the ribs and the frame, a characteristic feature of biplanes and of aircraft of the First World War period. The detail is printed on a flexible film and has a real relief.
Degrease the surface, separate the lacing strips and apply them along the ribs or seams as the original shows. The pliable film follows the curvature. Once in place, the parts can be toned down with a wash so that they blend better with the color of the covering.
The set contains only the 3D decals of the lacing; the model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
