About product

Metallic Details Luftwaffe Seat Belts Early WWII 1:32 (3D printed)

An accessory set of 3D-printed resin seat belts for the seats of German aircraft of the early phase of the Second World War. It is not an aircraft model but a detail set for refining a cockpit in 1:32 scale. The belts are designed from period photographs of Luftwaffe aircraft of roughly 1939 to 1941 and have a far more raised look than flat decal belts.

What the set is for

The belts replace the simplified parts from a kit and bring pilots' seats to life. Fitting for a range of early-era German fighters and bombers with a visible interior.

Usage tips

  • Separate the parts carefully from the print supports with a sharp knife.
  • Before gluing, wash them in lukewarm water with detergent.
  • Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
  • The detail of the buckles comes out once painted and given a fine wash.

Who the set is for

  • Builders of large Luftwaffe aircraft kits in 1:32.
  • Modelers with an interest in a faithful cockpit.
  • Collectors who appreciate the fineness of 3D printing.

The set contains resin 3D-printed parts and is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints, glue and the aircraft model are not included in the package.
