Mechanics personnel USAAF 1940-45 N°6 (1:32) is a resin set of figures of the ground crew of the US Army Air Forces in 1:32 scale from the manufacturer Black Dog.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a resin set of figures of mechanics and ground crew of the US Army Air Forces (USAAF) from the period of the Second World War. The figures will bring an aviation diorama in 1:32 scale to life and give a scene by an aircraft its life. It is not an aircraft kit, but an accessory of figures.
The figures depict ground crew in working clothing during the ordinary activities on an airfield: maintenance, the preparation of an aircraft and the handling of equipment. The poses suit natural placing by a model and in a wider scene alike.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut the casting blocks off and clean them up with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting; working clothing stands out with acrylics, a wash in the folds and drybrushing for the details.
It is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
