A finishing set from Eduard's LööK range, in 1:32 scale, by the Czech manufacturer Eduard. This is not a kit, but a cockpit accessory: it combines a pre-painted resin instrument panel with steel seat belts for the jet fighter Messerschmitt Me-262A-1 Schwalbe. The goal is maximum effect for minimum work.
The resin instrument panel is cast with fine detail and comes pre-painted with legible instruments, so no hand-painting is needed. The steel seat belts are printed in color and look more realistic than the plastic parts from the kit. The set contains resin parts and colored etched belts.
After cutting off the casting block and washing off the mold release residue, the resin panel replaces the plastic part and is glued with cyanoacrylate glue. The steel belts are shaped and fitted onto the seat. The work is quick and needs no airbrush or instrument painting.
This is a cockpit accessory, not a kit. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
