Eduard 1:32 Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero – interior is a color photo-etched set for a faithful cockpit of the Japanese fighter. An accessory for a kit, not a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This color photo-etched set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard is intended for the detailed fitting out of the cockpit of the Japanese Mitsubishi A6M2 Zero fighter in 1:32 scale. It is not an airplane model but an accessory for a kit. Thanks to the large scale and the color-printed self-adhesive parts you can achieve a convincing interior — instrument panel, side consoles, levers and seat belts — without lengthy hand painting.
The Mitsubishi A6M Zero was the main carrier fighter of the Imperial Japanese Navy at the start of the war in the Pacific. The A6M2 version attacked Pearl Harbor and became famous for its long range and maneuverability. In the large 1:32 scale the cockpit is clearly visible, so a detailed interior pays off.
Fit the color self-adhesive parts onto a cleaned surface after the basic assembly of the cockpit. Bend the unprinted photo-etched parts over an edge and glue them with cyanoacrylate. An open canopy lets the detail come into its own.
This is an add-on set, not a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
