USAAF Fighter pilots 1940-45 set (1:32) is a Black Dog resin figure set with fighter pilots of the US Army Air Forces of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure set in 1:32 scale from the Czech brand Black Dog. It holds fighter pilots of the US Army Air Forces (USAAF) of the years 1940 to 1945 and will complete scenes with models of American fighters.
Together with their machines, USAAF pilots created the unmistakable atmosphere of wartime airfields. In flying outfits with vests, parachutes and helmets they prepared the machines for takeoff or returned from raids. A multi-figure set makes it possible to put together a lively scene beside an aircraft.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand them with your airways protected. Glue the figures with cyanoacrylate glue and fill the gaps with putty. Once the base coat is on, work them up with acrylics or oils; the varied poses come out best when the shades of the outfits and the skin are graded.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints, glue and the aircraft model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
