Responsibility details are not available.
A set of water-slide decals in 1:35 scale from Star Decals. It is not a kit but a marking sheet on its own for rounding out a model of a tank of your own. The subject belongs to the German heavy tank battalion s.Pz.Abt. 505 committed on the Eastern Front.
The sheet concentrates on the heavy Tiger I tank of early and mid production and on the command Befehls-Tiger of this battalion from the period of 1943 to 1945. It holds tactical numbers, unit insignia and personal emblems, for which s.Pz.Abt. 505 became known. Faithful markings make it possible to build a particular historically documented machine with the right details.
Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss varnish to prevent silvering. Dip the cut-out design in lukewarm water for a few seconds and slide it onto the surface once it has softened. Decal softeners will help it cling into the detail. Finally even the surface out with a matte varnish, so that the markings blend with the color of the vehicle.
This is a marking sheet on its own. The model, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
