Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the British Rolls-Royce armored car in its Pattern 1914 version, in 1:35 scale from Roden. The model captures the first British armored cars committed in series, with their characteristic cylindrical turret. The package holds injection-molded plastic sprues, photo-etched parts, rubber tires and a decal sheet.
The Rolls-Royce Pattern 1914 armored car came about at the start of the First World War on the chassis of the luxury Rolls-Royce 40/50 car, known as the Silver Ghost. The cars were first operated by the Royal Naval Air Service. Thanks to the reliable chassis and the armored body with its turret, they proved themselves on the Western Front and later in the deserts of the Middle East and North Africa.
Work from the chassis and the running gear and use thin cement for plastic. Glue the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. Spray the body with an airbrush over primer, and you will create the weathering with washes and dust pigments. Degrease the rubber tires before painting.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
