Commonwealth Mix - the Korean War 1950-53 is a set of water-slide decals in 1:35 from Star Decals for British and Allied hardware in Korea.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of water-slide decals in 1:35 scale with a varied choice of markings for Commonwealth hardware in the Korean War. It takes in vehicles such as the Churchill tank, the Cromwell tank, the Universal Carrier, the Daimler Dingo scout car and the light Jeep. It is a decal set on its own, not kits of these vehicles.
Into the fighting on the Korean peninsula between 1950 and 1953 the Commonwealth units brought a wide range of armored and wheeled hardware, much of it coming from the inventory of the Second World War. The Churchill infantry tank and the Cromwell cruiser tank, the small Universal Carrier, the armored Dingo and the ever-present Jeep made up the typical picture of the British and allied units in this conflict.
Apply the decals onto gloss varnish so that silvering does not occur. Dip the part briefly, slide it off the film into place and seat it. A decal softener will help it cling to the detail, and a matte varnish will even the surface out at the end.
This is a decal set. The paints, the varnish and the models of the vehicles are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
