This is not a kit of a vehicle or an aircraft - it is a scenic element into which you add your own models and figures.
A rural homestead turns up in practically every European campaign of the twentieth century, from the Western Front through the Ardennes to the plains of Eastern Europe. That is exactly why the subject is so versatile: it suits the vehicles of various armies and periods and does not tie you to one particular date. The lower building also lets the model itself stand out, which is an advantage over tall city blocks that easily overpower a vehicle visually.
Rural scenes work well with open space - leave a clear area around the house and suggest that the action carries on beyond the edge of the view. Set the vehicle at an angle, ideally pointing toward the house or away from it, which creates a direction of movement.
