Ewers for milk and cream in 1:35 scale from Plusmodel are a diorama accessory for rural, market and supply scenes. It is not a vehicle kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a set of small diorama accessories, not a model of equipment. It holds scale models of ewers for milk and cream, that is of the containers that belonged to the ordinary fittings of farms, dairies, dairy collection rounds and rural households. In 1:35 scale this is exactly the kind of small thing that gives a scene credibility, because ordinary kits hold nothing of the sort.
Ewers populate a rural diorama. Set at the gate of a farm, on a ramp, on the bed of a truck, on a cart or at a market stall, they tell a story about the civilian life going on beside the equipment. They also work well in interior settings, in a niche, on a shelf or by a kitchen table. Several pieces set out in an irregular group read more naturally than a carefully aligned row.
First wash the small parts in lukewarm water with a drop of dish soap and let them dry out thoroughly, so that the paint holds. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue, applied drop by drop with the point of a toothpick. Spray a thin layer of primer and only then the paint. Sheet metal ewers used to be tinned, painted or simply worn, so a metallic shade complemented by chipped places on the edges and a faint hint of rust around the handles and the bottoms looks good. A wash run into the rims and a light dry brushing with a brighter metal give volume. Avoid an evenly clean and glossy surface, which reads as untrue on a diorama.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
