This resin set holds replacement wheels for the Soviet GAZ M1 car. It is a detail accessory that replaces the plastic wheels of your model with more accurate castings, with a faithful tread pattern on the tire and detail on the rim, not a kit of the whole vehicle.
The GAZ M1 was a Soviet car built from the middle of the 1930s, widely used by the state administration and by the army, the Second World War included. Wheels with the tread pattern of the period are key to a faithful look on a model, and the set reproduces them including the profile and the center of the wheel.
Wash the parts free of release agent, separate them from the casting blocks and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Undercoat the tires in dark gray rather than black, match the rim to the color of the vehicle and weather the surface lightly with dust.
The detail set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
