1:35 German Barrel 200l (6 pcs.)

German 200 liter drums 1:35 (6 pcs)

A resin set of six German two-hundred-liter drums for fuel and oil in 1:35 scale. It is a classic diorama accessory that will bring a supply scene, the cargo bed of a truck or a store beside Second World War military hardware to life. The parts are cast in resin with ribbing on the body and lids with closures.

Working the material

• Wash the parts first in lukewarm soapy water to remove the mold release residue.
• Cut the casting blocks off carefully and sand them down; work with your airways protected when sanding resin.
• Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); reinforce the joints with filler if needed.
• The drums will stand out after painting, blackening the seams and applying rust and dust effects.

Who the set is for

For builders of dioramas and vignettes who want accurate period drums to go with hardware and with figures, and for completing supply and maintenance scenes.

This is a resin accessory, not a vehicle kit. Paints, glue and other materials are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
