German infantry in the Second World War at first wore high jackboots, which were gradually replaced by lower lace-up boots worn with canvas puttees around the calves. A faithful rendering of footwear is one of the details that markedly raise the realism of figure work and dioramas.
Carefully separate the small resin parts from the casting blocks, wash the mold release agent off them and sand them lightly. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue. Leather and canvas come out well after painting and a light accentuation of wear and dust.
This is an accessory, not a model of a figure. The figures, the glue and the paints are not included in the package.
