The German motorcyclists (Second World War) plastic figure set from Master Box in 1:35 scale: four figures. The motorcycle is not included.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic figure set shows four German motorcyclists of the Second World War in foul-weather coats. The figures are caught pushing or starting the machine. The motorcycle itself is not part of the set: it comes from another model. The set is meant to be glued and painted and suits a diorama with a motorcycle.
Motorcycles, often with a sidecar, served the German army as a means of communication and reconnaissance. In bad weather the crews wore long rubberized coats and goggles. The set captures the typical situation where a machine that has dug itself in or bogged down has to be moved by muscle power.
Cut the figures out, clean them up and glue them with cement for plastic. Paint the rubberized coats in darker tones with a slight sheen that imitates the rubberized surface. The poses of the figures assume a motorcycle, so they are best combined with a suitable model of the machine. Shade the faces and the goggles and unify the whole vignette with a matte varnish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
