The Japanese Army Infantry plastic figure set in 1:35 scale from Tamiya: four soldiers of the Japanese infantry of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of four Imperial Japanese Army infantry figures of the Second World War in 1:35 scale from Tamiya. The injection-molded plastic figures show an officer with a drawn sword and three soldiers in combat poses. Period weapons and equipment are included; the heads can be assembled with a helmet or with a cloth cap.
The figures represent Japanese infantrymen in the tropical uniform used in the fighting in the Pacific and Southeast Asia. The armament matches the usual equipment of Japanese infantry: Type 38 rifles and a Type 89 grenade launcher. The officer holds an officer's sword, which was part of a commander's equipment.
Carefully separate the parts from the sprue, sand the gaps down and fill them. Apply a primer and paint with a brush and with an airbrush. Tropical uniforms come out well with fine shading of the folds using a wash and a dry brush; the choice of helmet or cap changes the final look of the figure.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
