LKW - Lastkraftwagen, Opel Blitz and Mercedes 3000 is a set of water-slide decals in 1:35 scale from Star Decals for German trucks of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of classic water-slide (wet) decals in 1:35 scale from Star Decals. It brings tactical numbers, registration plates, crosses and unit markings for the German Opel Blitz and Mercedes-Benz L 3000 trucks. It is not a kit but an accessory for finishing a model of a truck faithfully.
The Opel Blitz and the Mercedes-Benz L 3000 were among the most widespread German trucks of the Second World War. They served to carry troops, ammunition and supplies and formed the backbone of Wehrmacht logistics on every front. Their markings took in Wehrmacht registration plates, tactical symbols of units and national crosses.
Varnish the surface under a decal with a gloss varnish, so that the markings adhere without silvering. Dip the decal briefly in lukewarm water, slide it onto the model and seat it with a softener, particularly across the fenders and the tarpaulin. At the end coat it with a matte varnish and add dust and mud effects.
This is a set of decals on its own. A model, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
