Responsibility details are not available.
This is military equipment in 1:35 scale with the designation M15. The 1:35 scale is the most widespread one for military models, so a finished model can be stood next to figures, accessories and scenic elements of the usual kind without any difference of size showing between them.
The extent of the delivery and the exact form of the machine are given in the manufacturer's instructions. The designation M15 by itself does not determine the version, so go through the instructions before you start work and lay out the order of the steps according to them. That saves time above all at the places you can no longer reach once the large assemblies are glued together.
Try the larger assemblies dry before you put glue on them; an inaccuracy can then be set right, whereas once dry it can only be sanded away laboriously. Wash and degrease the areas before painting and lay a primer under them, because an opaque shade holds on it considerably better. Apply the paint in thin layers, because one heavy layer will flood the fine surface detail.
The item suits a modeler who keeps to military equipment in 1:35 scale and is adding another machine to a collection. How demanding the work is follows from what the package holds, so it is sensible to start with the instructions and only then prepare the tools and the paints.
Paints, glue and other equipment are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
