A figure of a pig in 1:35 scale as an accessory for dioramas. It brings a rural scene to life where hardware and soldiers alone would look empty.
Responsibility details are not available.
A pig in 1:35 scale, that is, in the scale in which most models of military hardware and figures are built. The animal is an accessory for a diorama, so it is aimed at builders of scenes rather than at collectors of stand-alone figures. Other farm animals are issued in the same series, some of them in several scales, so a scene can be extended step by step.
A farm animal sets a scene in a particular place better than another soldier does. A farmyard, a village green, a field track or the edge of a village with a column driving through gain from an animal a calm that contrasts with the hardware, and from it the viewer also reads the scale of the whole scene. A pig suits a pen, a pigsty, a pile of straw or a puddle by a gate, where it has a natural reason to be standing.
Choose the glue according to the material of the part: cyanoacrylate belongs on resin and on metal, solvent cement for plastic models on polystyrene. Wash and degrease the part before painting, otherwise the paint will not hold. The bristles and the folds of the skin stand out with a simple procedure: a light base shade, a darker tone rubbed into the recesses and finally a dry brush along the back and the edges. Leave the snout and the trotters darker and slightly glossy, and suggest the eye with a thin line. Carry the shade of the ground the animal stands on onto the lower part of the legs and the belly, so that it visually belongs to it.
A base, a pen, paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
