Star Decals 1:35 Royal Artillery No. 1 - the Sexton 25 pdr are water-slide decals with markings for the British Sexton self-propelled guns in North-West Europe.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of classic water-slide decals in 1:35 scale from the Swedish maker Star Decals. This is not a kit - the sheet serves to mark a built model of the British Sexton self-propelled gun with the 25-pounder, as it was deployed in North-West Europe.
The Sexton self-propelled gun combined the proven British 25-pounder gun-howitzer with a tracked chassis and gave artillery support to the Allied units after the landings. The set brings tactical numbers, artillery and unit signs, lettering and recognition markings typical of the Royal Artillery.
Trim the decal and dip it briefly in lukewarm water. Apply it onto a smooth gloss varnish to prevent silvering. A decal softener will help it wrap around detail. Once it has dried, go over it with a clear varnish.
This is a marking sheet, not a kit. The model, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package.
