One figure cast in resin, supplied with no finish applied. The nickname in the name, The Scavenger, belongs to the sculptor's conception of the figure; it is not a military designation.
In the Russian army, infantry flamethrowers come under the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops, not under the ordinary infantry. Their operators are sent in where defenders have to be reached in cover or in a cellar, and they accompany attacking infantry as a separate element. The weapon is carried on the shoulder as a single-use tube and its round works by blast as well as by heat, which is also why this role draws the interest of modelers: a silhouette with a long cylinder across the shoulder is unmistakable and in a diorama it gives away at once what is about to happen in the scene.
A dusty, dirtied finish suits the figure. A dry pigment laid on the boots and the bottoms of the trousers once the paint has dried does more than elaborate layering; the area around the muzzle of the weapon will take a fine dark cast. Pigments are not to be inhaled, so work with them in a well ventilated room and apply them with a brush.
The casting is unpainted and waiting for your palette.
