This is not a vehicle model but a resin detail set. It replaces the plastic grille, or rather the radiator mask (cooler mask) of the heavy half-track tractor Sd.Kfz.9 FAMO with a more faithfully cast part with a fine texture of louvers that plastic usually cannot capture.
It is intended for plastic models of the German heavy tractor Sd.Kfz.9 FAMO in 1:35 scale. The radiator mask is a visually exposed area at the front of the vehicle, so refining it markedly raises the overall impression of the model.
Wash the mold release agent off the part, cut the casting block away and dress the seating surface for a clean fit. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). The louvers stand out with a dark base and a gentle dry brush, and the weathering is finished with a wash and pigments. Protect your airways when sanding resin.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
