Responsibility details are not available.
This is a figure cast in resin in 1:35 scale. It shows an American soldier in the pose of the rider of a WLA motorcycle of the Second World War period and is intended to complete a model of that motorcycle or a diorama. It is made by the Polish brand Mantis Miniatures, which specializes in resin figures for 1:35 scale.
The WLA was a military motorcycle of American manufacture widely used by the US armed forces in the Second World War for communications, reconnaissance and escort. The pose of the figure matches a soldier riding. The historical subject is treated factually as a reference for modelers.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, cut the casting blocks off with a sharp knife and sand the surfaces wet and with protection of the airways. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply a primer to the resin; build the uniform from the base shade and fit the figure to the particular motorcycle model beforehand, so that it sits in the saddle and on the handlebars.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The motorcycle model, glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
