Unlike combat figures it is tied to treating and evacuating a casualty, so it gives the scene tension and a human dimension at the same time. According to the name the box holds a single piece and the size matches the military scale of 1:35.
The figure comes off best paired with a lying or kneeling figure, by an ambulance vehicle or by an armored personnel carrier.
