This resin figure from the Polish brand PANZER ART in 1:35 scale captures an American tanker in insulated winter kit. It is a cast set for experienced modelers, which will bring snow-covered dioramas from the European battlefield of the Second World War to life. The figure has a faithfully rendered winter jacket, cap and the folds of heavy clothing.
American tankers faced cruel frosts in the winter of 1944-45, above all in the Ardennes. Over their standard uniform they wore insulated jackets, gloves and caps, which gives the figure a robust silhouette different from summer dress. The figure suits tanks such as the M4 Sherman as well as infantry scenes in snow-covered country.
This is a resin set for experienced modelers. Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand them down with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Winter fabrics will take pronounced shading and a drybrush to emphasize the folds; snow and mud effects will round the overall impression off.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
