An American woman soldier with a dog, 1:35 is a Black Dog resin box holding a female figure and a dog for a more civilian scene.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin box from Black Dog that brings a female figure together with an animal. According to the name it holds two castings: a person and a dog. A dog handler and dog pair is a rewarding subject, because it brings a relationship between two beings into a military scene, and that catches the viewer sooner than the most detailed hardware.
The gaze is the key. If the dog looks somewhere other than its handler, the pair falls apart into two randomly placed castings. If, on the other hand, both look the same way or the dog glances back at the person, an invisible line arises between them that the eye reads at once. A leash, if you add one from thin wire or a cardboard fiber, strengthens that impression further and physically links the pair as well.
Wash the mold release residue off the castings and cut off the gates. An animal is a different discipline to paint than a person: the fur is built from a darker base with a dry brush drawn in the direction of the hair, the nose stays wet and glossy and the eyes get a tiny point of light. On the woman soldier, treat the skin with glazes and leave the hair until the face is finished. Finally unify both figures with the same breath of dust at the feet.
The castings are sold unpainted; the leash, the base and terrain material are not included.
