The instrument panel, the controls and the cab trim are pre-printed in faithful colors and have fine raised relief, so painting and photo-etching of the interior are avoided. The set is intended for models of the heavy Voroshilovets artillery tractor in 1:35 scale. This is the compact (smaller) version of the set.
The Voroshilovets was a Soviet heavy tracked artillery tractor of the Second World War period, intended for towing heavy guns and carrying their crews. It was marked by a sturdy design and considerable pulling power.
The elements are applied as wet decals: the piece is dipped in water and slid into place. Degrease the surface beforehand, settle the elements onto a damp and smooth base and press them down with a soft brush. Do not use a decal softener or a fixer; they attack the printed resin and ruin the element. Once dry, even any edges out with a thin coat of matte varnish.
This is a modeling accessory, not a stand-alone kit. The plastic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
