Headphones and throat microphones of the crews of German armored fighting vehicles of the Second World War in 1:35 scale. An AMMO accessory for figures and interiors.
Responsibility details are not available.
The crew of a German armored fighting vehicle could not communicate on the move by any means other than the onboard intercom. The commander, the driver and the gunner all had headphones on their heads and a throat microphone on their necks, that is, a pair of pickups laid against the larynx, which caught the voice even in the noise of the engine and of gunfire. On a model this is a small thing, but one that immediately gives away that the builder took an interest in how the crew inside really worked.
The set brings headphones and throat microphones in 1:35 scale made for German armored fighting vehicles of the Second World War period. You will find the exact number of pieces in the manufacturer's description on the packaging. The elements suit figures of a commander or a driver leaning out of a hatch as well as an open vehicle interior, where they can hang at a station when the crew is not in place.
The parts are small, so work over a tray with raised edges and take them up with fine-tipped tweezers. They are not made of polystyrene, so cement for plastic does not work on them; use cyanoacrylate glue laid on in a tiny drop. Cut the surplus material off with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the rest down carefully. Wash and degrease the elements before painting. Headphones tend to be dark and the earpieces leather; the cable can be made from thin soft wire, which at the same time strengthens the joint.
Figures, a model of the vehicle, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
